By booking, scheduling, or receiving services from Simply Spotless Homes, the Client agrees to the following terms:
Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve all appointments. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Pricing
Quotes are valid for 7 days. Pricing is based on the information provided at booking and standard property conditions. Final pricing may be adjusted for additional square footage, excessive buildup, pet hair, clutter, biohazards, inaccurate property information, or services requested beyond the original scope.
Access
Clients must provide safe and timely access to the property. Failure to provide access, lockouts, or same-day cancellations will result in a $75 fee.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a $75 fee. Deposits remain non-refundable.
Service Conditions
The Client is responsible for securing valuables, cash, firearms, medications, fragile items, and personal belongings before service begins.
Additional Charges
Excessive buildup, heavy soil conditions, excessive pet hair, excessive clutter, biohazards, bodily fluids, pest infestations, or undisclosed conditions may result in additional charges or refusal of service.
Quality Guarantee
Service concerns must be reported within 24 hours of completion. Simply Spotless Homes may, at its sole discretion, provide a touch-up of missed areas. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at the company's discretion.
Liability
Simply Spotless Homes is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, improperly installed fixtures, loose items, defective materials, faded surfaces, damaged blinds, aged caulking, grout deterioration, or item failure due to age or condition.
Pets
Pets must be secured if they present a safety concern. The Client assumes responsibility for pet behavior and any resulting damages or injuries.
Health & Safety
Simply Spotless Homes reserves the right to refuse, stop, cancel, or reschedule service due to unsafe conditions, aggressive animals, hazardous materials, pest infestations, severe clutter, weather, emergencies, illness, staffing limitations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Payment
Remaining balance is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, and electronic payment. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Right to Refuse Service
Simply Spotless Homes reserves the right to refuse service to any property or client for safety, legal, operational, or business reasons. By scheduling or receiving services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
