Simply Spotless Homes was founded in Alabama, where Skyler and Cheyenne Smith started cleaning a handful of homes for friends, family, and word-of-mouth referrals. There was no master plan — just a commitment to doing the work the way they'd want it done in their own house.

When the family relocated to Rossville, Georgia, the business came with them — and so did the standards. Today the company is based in Rossville and serves residential and commercial clients across Chattanooga, Northwest Georgia, and the surrounding communities — from Fort Oglethorpe and Ringgold to Hixson and Signal Mountain.

Cheyenne ran the cleaning side from day one and still does. She built the checklists, trained the first team members, and set the standard the company still works to today — slow enough to do it right, fast enough to actually finish the day. Skyler handles the operations side: scheduling, customer communication, hiring, and keeping the calendar honest so nobody waits past their arrival window.

Word spread, and what was supposed to be a residential-only business kept getting asked the same question by local business owners: "Do you do offices?" The answer started as a one-off favor for a local accountant. Then a law office. Then a medical suite. Today the commercial side is a real arm of the business — but the residential roots still set the tone for how every account, big or small, gets handled.

We're proud to live and work where we serve. Our home, our kids' schools, our church, our cleaners, and most of our clients are all inside the same 20-mile circle. That changes the work — there's no hiding behind a call center or a franchise office. If we let someone down, we'll probably see them at Publix.
