Is move-out cleaning guaranteed to recover my deposit?

Nobody can guarantee a landlord's decision — they can deduct for legitimate damage we can't fix. What we can promise is that cleaning won't be the reason you lose any of it. The vast majority of our move-out renters recover their full deposit.

How soon do I need to schedule?

Book 1–2 weeks before your move-out date for the best slot. The last week of the month is our busiest move-out window every single month, so the earlier the better.

Do you clean inside the oven and refrigerator?

Yes — both are included by default on move-out cleanings (this is the biggest difference from regular deep cleaning). Empty the fridge before we arrive and we'll do everything else.

Can you give my landlord or property manager a receipt?

Of course. We can email a detailed service receipt directly to your landlord or property manager listing the date, scope, and a per-room checklist — which can help with deposit disputes.

Do you clean carpets too?

Standard move-out cleaning includes thorough vacuuming, but not steam-cleaning carpets. If your lease requires professional carpet shampoo, we'll refer you to a trusted local carpet vendor and time our clean around theirs.
