Refund Policy
Our commitment to you and your booking.
At Simply Spotless Homes, we are committed to providing high-quality residential cleaning services and excellent customer care. Due to the nature of our services and the time reserved specifically for each appointment, all booking deposits are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Deposits
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations, rescheduling requests, service changes, client no-shows, lockouts, or company-initiated rescheduling due to weather, emergencies, staffing issues, unsafe conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Service Concerns
If you are dissatisfied with your cleaning service, you must notify Simply Spotless Homes within 24 hours of service completion. We reserve the right to inspect, review, and reasonably address any reported concerns before considering any further action. At our sole discretion, we may offer a touch-up or correction of missed areas. Touch-up services are the exclusive remedy for service-related concerns.
No Refund Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Services completed as agreed upon at the time of booking.
- Homes requiring additional cleaning time, labor, or products due to excessive buildup, clutter, pet hair, odors, biohazards, or inaccurate property information.
- Pre-existing damage, staining, discoloration, mold, mildew, rust, hard water stains, odors, or permanent surface conditions.
- Issues outside the agreed service scope.
- Conditions caused after the cleaning service has been completed.
- Failure to provide accurate information regarding the property's size, condition, occupancy, or cleaning requirements.
- Client dissatisfaction based on expectations not included within the agreed service scope.
Liability Limitations
Simply Spotless Homes is not responsible for normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, improperly installed fixtures, defective materials, or item failure resulting from age or condition.
Refund Requests
We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not comply with this policy. By booking service, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
